This is an offside rule spool with variable sizes. Studied expressly for tapes and precious brazing strips, it's available in several versions - depending by strips width. 
"L2" size, flange distance, can change from 2 mm up to 10,5 mm.
Realized in two pieces.
Usually produced in high impact polystyrene (PS).
