Plastic industrial process is an highly energy-consuming activity.

Consequently, alpaplastic is focusing itself on reducing environment footprint and decreasing resources consumption:

• Incremental use of recycled raw material, if possible by using polymers from plastic waste recycling - nowadays more than 80% of our raw materials are recycled;
• reduction of process water consumption: in August 2019 a centralized cooling system was installed with a very low water consumption, low to less than 95%, if compared to evaporative towers.
• reduction of electric consumption; nowaday 20% lower compared to same industrial category italian average (F.G.P. survey)
• reduction of use of chemical components during industrial process
• design of eco-compatibles products
